If you’re old enough to remember the old days, you might recall a time when we knew a snow storm was coming because Aunt Nelly’s arthritic right knee was giving her pain or Uncle Harry’s old war wound was acting up. Now we have meteorologists in Storm Center 15 (play dramatic music here) comparing the American computer model to the European computer model and telling us what the atmosphere has in store for us for the next ten days!
When those weather forecasters sent me that winter storm alert email two days ago, they were right; this was the view from my bedroom window at about 6:30 this morning. Instead of complaining, I decided to take a walk in what I sincerely hope is the final snow of this winter, I mean spring. If you want to join me, just stroll through the photos below. Oh, I almost forgot to mention. I did learn something today; my aching right shoulder seems to agree with the European model.
